If you like authentic Chinese dishes and sides, ask the waiter to translate the all-Mandarin part of the menu for you if a photo of a certain dish looks appealing. Other than that, the rest of the menu is pretty vast with an abundance of flavorful dishes. The Hot and Sour soup is the best in the Houston suburbs by far as well as their spring rolls, crab Rangoon, and wonton soup (which my Mom and brother enjoyed). From the Chinese menu we ordered 2 of the snow pea leaves: Just as delicious as Chinese Bok Choy so it's a good substitute if they're currently out. Their signature dishes including the duck and garlic chicken are so good I had to order some to-go! Overall a good dining experience!

The food was good and came out to the table pretty quick. Service was decent and what you'd expect at a local Chinese food joint. Overall a good place to grab lunch with some good lunch specials.

I had the sweet and sour chicken and it was very good. The portion was just right and not overboard like a lot of other places tend to be. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice atmosphere.

They have an amazing menu of real Chinese dishes, they're quick, and authentic.

Usually one of my favorite restaurants but today the bbq ribs came out half raw

Absolutely love this place. In 14 years, never had a bad meal. Due to the local construction they have now added a $3.99 delivery fee, even though I am 2.7 miles from their location. I cancelled the order and went through Doordash instead. If I am paying a delivery fee, I might as well be able to track my order and get the order quicker. When I complained to 888 Chinese, they cancelled both orders! Very disappointing and quite spiteful for a business. Guess it is time to find a new Chinese restaurant. It is disheartening that a business would allow it's employees to be so vindictive to a long time customer.

Horrible experience when I got the wrong food ordered I called they said I could come back that evening and they would make it right however I told them that was not possible so they said we will place a credit on your phone number qfte3 I called to redeem my credit manger Tina sai there were no notes and she would NOT BE GIVING CREDIT AS FORR ME AND MINE WE WILL NOT RETURN

This place is the Best in town fir fabulous Chinese food!! The staff is Super helpful and the food is unparalleled in quality and quantity! The prices are comparable to other places, but here you get more food and better quality. It's a great place fir the whole family!!

I miss going in and getting to see the friendly and great staff! We have just been getting take out but the food and service is still 10 out of 10! Sweet and sour pork for life!

Before the pandemic the service and food was good when we dined in, after the pandemic the takeout service is terrible, they treat you like you have the plague.

I love eating here with my wife. I also live eating here alone. Staff is respectful and friendly and food is amazing.

This is a very terrible place to order from, they take twice as long to prepare your food, and treat you with so much disdain, this lady actually threw my food on the table and smiled at me with a smirk. I’ve never been this disrespected in my life before. Very terrible people and service

***WARNING***They messed up our delivery order and told us that during the pandemic they are no longer offering refunds, so we can wait another hour for food or deal with it. So just FYI they will not refund your money after delivering cold and wrong food twice. No joke. $80 check for nothing. Stay far away from this place.

Yep THAT was 5 stars! Ready in 25 minutes, brought it right to the curb, no going in, bo request to sign a receipt as many still do despite "contactless" plans. And, most importantly, food was AWESOME!

I will give 0 stars. Worse service, my son finished his food, I never got my order, called waitress she just ignored me. So I went to front desk to pay... She finally showed up with my food in her hands!! Talking about knowing she messed up! I will never go back again. This is the third time something like this happens. Enough is enough!

We placed an order to be delivered. Grilled Shrimp and Salmon With brown rice off dinner menu. The rice was very dry, the salmon was thin and over cooked, very dry and crispy. The shrimp was the same. We called them and explained our dissatisfaction. They brought us out 2 large soups in replacement. We threw the dinners out was not told they wanted them back. When our soup was delivered driver wanted the dinners and I explained we were not told to return them. I had thrown them away. After a few minutes a lady from Bistro called and told us we ordered fish dry and crispy, did not I told her. I explained again we were not told to return them. She then said person who took our call will be charged for meals. We have gone there for 6 years never again.

The most pathetic Chinese food I've ever had. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and two other dishes alongside. The prominent ingredient in Kung Pao chicken was Chilies - the amount of dried whole chilies used in the small portion of the dish was beyond surreal! the other excessively used ingredient was Peanuts! Plus, the Egg Roll had oil dripping off it!They have truly defined a new low for themselves.

888 has been my go to for Chinese food in League City for years! Ordered to go from the lunch menu this time, it was a good price and good portion of food. We were given sauces, utensils, fortune cookies, etc without requesting it.

Came to this place hoping to find legit Chinese food. Not being Asian, got the regular menu. Asked about more authentic options and got the other menu. The food was really good. Family style 3 dishes for two of us was more than enough.

888 has been my go-to Chinese restaurant in League City for years! The wonton soup and egg rolls are outstanding. I can’t find wonton soup this good anywhere else. The staff is always so polite and the food comes out QUICK! Definitely recommend this place to all.

This is a popular Chinese Restaurant, but they aren't my favorite. The dinners don't include soup or eggroll, just the entree. Food is good, but I'm use to getting a little more for the price. It's close to us and hey, we'd had enough turkey for a while

I absolutely loved the food its amazing

This was the first time we had been since the fire. The food was probably the best it had ever been. Crab puffs were killer, and the General Tsos chicken and beef with mixed vegetables was REALLY good. Vegetables seemed really fresh! The fried rice was also really really good. Staff is always friendly, service is timed well, and never a long wait.

This place will now be a regular in our take-out rotation, very tasty. The egg rolls were particularly good, and the chicken lettuce wraps a close second

We love this place. It's worth getting there through the construction to get there. Please keep them busy even while the freeway construction is happening. Good stuff and great service!!!!

Very sick to my stomach right now. Dropped off our grandson and saw this. So disgusting! These are live pics of what happens in the Kitchen of 888 on Hwy 646 League City. As I was sitting in our SUV with my daughter, 3 rats came out of the back door and 3 other rats were hanging outside the door by the trash. Never have seen this in my life!! Will never eat here again. Pass along to anyone that eats here. Nasty!

The food is excellent! They give you a good quantity of quality food for the price. I order the seafood soup without spice and it was excellent there was a good quantity of seafood within the soup and the broth was Sublime.

I eat here 2x a month delivery & takeout. Always hot, fresh, and friendly.

Not a buffet in case you're wondering, they were really friendly they do have high chairs. Their menu is really nice and their portions are very big.

Ordered the Happy Family. It was aweful. The generous amount of protein (beef, chicken, scallops and shrimp) was overcooked and rubbery. The sauce was watered down to such a point that dish had virtually no flavor.
